Acne
is a skin disease, very common in puberty, which affects especially face, neck, shoulders, and back. There’s an excessive secretion of oils from the sebaceous glands combines with an abnormal response to normal levels of the male hormone, testosterone. Sebum which normally drains to the surface gets blocked and bacteria begin to grow, creating a spot.

A moisture of lemon, water and honey can be helpful.

Boil 1 litre of water e keep it cool, till it reaches a 40°C temperature. Add 2 spoons of honey and 1 lemon juice. Apply the lotion very gently on your skin and be careful: you should never squeeze a spot! Try to use this lotion for a couple of weeks and then once a day. Lemon antiseptic and astringent properties could also help you in case of blackheads, glossy skin, or spots.

If acne disease is particularly serious do not hesitate to contact a dermatologist, in order to achieve suitable cures.

Grandma’s remedies

If you suffer from greasy skin, every morning dab at your nose, chin, and forehead with a cotton flock soaked in lemon juice and water. Do not dry, but wait about 20 minutes until applying a moisturizing cream.
