Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 2 grouper fillets
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 10 tablespoons di Limmi lemon juice
  • parsley
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt

Preparation

Make a marinade by mixing oil with 3 tablespoons of Limmi lemon juice. Place the grouper in the marinade and let it rest in the refrigerator for one hour. Thereafter, heat oil and garlic in a sauté pan. Add salt. During the last 5 minutes of cooking prepare the lemon sauce by heating 2 tablespoons of sifted flour, the ginger, and the remaining lemon juice in a pan. Once the sauce has thickened, add it to the fish together with the parsley. You may also add capers if you wish.
