Crepes with banana and lemon

Preparation time: 20 minutes + 35 minutes for cooking.
Difficulty: average ( or easy, if you are already expert in preparing crepes)

Ingredients (serves 6, 12 crepes)

  • 2,5 dl of whipping cream
  • 90 gr of sugar
  • 3 large bananas
  • The juice of 3 lemons (6 spoons of Limmi lemon juice)

Preparation

Prepare the batter for the crepes and form 12 of them. Beat 2 spoons of sugar with the cream, till the mixture is thickened. Softly add the mashed banana and the lemon juice. Spread 3-4 spoons of stuffing on each crepe and roll it up. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and… Have a nice break!

Grandma advice

Short pastry turns out better if you add to the eggs a spoon of lemon juice during preparation.

How do you make crepes?

Ingredients: Serves 12 3 large eggs 150 gr of flour 30 gr of sugar A pinch of salt 3,75 dl of milk 4 spoons of butter.

Preparation: Beat the eggs in a bowl. Pour flour, sugar, salt and gradually milk in another container: stir continuously , avoiding to form lumps. Pour the mixture in the bowl with the eggs and stir everything, till the batter is homogeneous. Cover with some plastic film and cool in the fridge for half an hour. After 30 minutes, stir the batter again and melt a spoon of butter in a frying pan. Pour a ladle of batter in the frying pan: rotate it to form a thin and uniform layer on the bottom of the pan. Cook on a low flame, till you brown the lower part: turn the crepe with the help of a plate or of a wooden cake slice and brown it on the other side. When it is ready, let slip on a plate. Add a little butter in the frying pan and prepare another crepe. Continue in the same way, till you finish batter.
