Spice Rubbed Chicken Quarters

Ingredients for 6 servings

  • 6 tablespoons mustard
  • Limmi lemon juice and zest of 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 6 mixed pieces of chicken
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 potatoes
  • Oil
  • Parsley to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the mustard, paprika, lemon juice and zest for the marinade. Remove the skin from the chicken quarters, place them in the marinade and stir to coat thoroughly. Lay the chicken in a baking pan lined with baking paper and add the garlic clove.
Bake at 180° C for about 20 minutes.
