- 150 gr. tuna in oil
- a handful of capers and green olives
- one garlic clove
- Limmi lemon juice
Cut the two lemons in half, and remove all the pulp to form four cups.
Mix the tuna with its oil, the capers, pitted olives, garlic, a pinch of salt and lemon juice with a food processor. Fill the lemon cups with the tuna mixture and garnish with fresh parsley leaves
